(a) Returns
We offer a 30-business-day return window starting from the day you receive your order.
If an item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you may request a return for a refund. To start the process, please email our service team with photos of the item you received. This helps us review your case quickly, improve our quality control, and handle your request more efficiently.
Return requirements:

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all labels attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a quality issue, in which case the shipping fee will be reimbursed.

Items that fail to meet the above standards will not qualify for a return.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility in cases such as:

Ordering the wrong size due to not checking the size chart.

Returning items based on personal preference (unless the item is defective or misrepresented).
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
(b) Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full refund. Please note that if only the outer packaging is damaged but the product itself remains intact, the item will not be considered damaged.

(d) Refunds
Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected.

(e) Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped:

Within 24 hours of purchase – You will receive a full refund if the order has not yet been shipped.

After 24 hours – Only a partial refund will be available.
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
If the consumer cancels the order before the delivery time and within the time limit specified by the website, the order can be canceled.
